Site Revamping In Progress!

May 9th, 2009

Hi Everyone,

With a new year in Key Club now upon us, a reworking of the design of the site has begun! Debra Cheung from San Leandro will be chairing the new design of the site, but we want your opinions too! Feel free to post designs on the division Google Group by emailing d02_kiwiscnh0910@googlegroups.com with suggestions and picture files. If Kevin Arthur can code it and Debra doesn’t hate it, it’ll be put up there!

PTP Bowling

February 26th, 2009

Hello Everyone!

There’s an event coming up called BOWLING FOR PTP! It will be this
Sunday, March 1 at the Albany Bowling Alley:
540 SAN PABLO AVE.
ALBANY, CA 94706
This event will take place from 10 AM-12 PM.

The idea of this event is to fundraise for PTP! Half of the earned
proceeds will go towards PTP! It only costs $10 for 2 games and a pair
of shoes (meaning if 60 people attend, a total of $600 will be earned
and $300 will go towards PTP)! This offer of $10, however, is only
available to kids.

The goal is that at least 60 people attend so we can earn at least
$300! The more people the merrier! Please publicize this event
throughout your club! Have your members bring their friends and family
(remember the offer is only available for kids though!). If you would
like to bring a parent, they will, unfortunately, have to play in a
separate area from the event. This is so that our event will not be
interrupted.

A flyer is available in the FILES section of the reflector!

There will be a Key Club Booth set up at the door. You will only be
given the $10 offer at this booth. After your $10 is paid at this
booth, you will be given a ticket stub in which you will bring to the
front desk. There, you will be given your shoes and allowed onto the
lanes. Please have 5 PEOPLE AT EACH LANE! Otherwise, we may not have
enough room for all the attendees!

We will also be having a DCM just outside the bowling alley. It will
be short (12:15 PM-12:35 PM). Please make sure you find a safe ride to
and from the bowling alley! Hope to see you there!
